Clean, comfortable and convenient

Benchmark managed our rental very well, with amenities and attention to detail. The apartment was clean and well located across from beach access. Though very limited in counter space , the kitchen is well supplied. There seems room for a small, “butcher block” cabinet on casters next to table, to help add counter space as needed. Overall, the place was nicely decorated and comfortable. AC unit is efficient but loud for sleeping.

Great place close to seaside shops and eateries, beach right across the street, swimming pool right out the back door. Only problems I had were when a/c fan would kick on at night kind of loud. Small burner on stove was not level also the hall 2 bulb light one of the bulbs would flicker. But these issues weren't a problem. They just need some attention.

The location of the condo is wonderful! We loved the quick and easy access to the beach right across the street, and the town square is just a short bike ride away!
The condition of the condo leaves a little to be desired. It’s old and shows signs of wear and tear. The decor is outdated and doesn’t have that 30a charm. The mattress is hard and the outlet between the bed and the table doesn’t work. Also, pro tip: the ice maker is super loud - turn it off before you go to sleep.
Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay and it gets you there.
